Nicola Drago
CEO Zodiak Active Plus

As CEO, Nicola is responsible for Zodiak Advertising’s medium-term strategy, in close collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Nicola began his career as an investment banker at Sonenshine Partners and then as consultant with McKinsey, before joining Zodiak Advertising’s parent company -Zodiak Media- where he was M&A Manager, Group Business Controller and then CEO of Zodiak America Latina.

Nicola is also co-founder and advisor of Connect Ventures LLP, a London-based venture capital firm investing in early stage European Internet and mobile startups, and sits on the board of Cattleya, the leading Italian theatrical production group.

He holds a BA from Bocconi University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Marco Guglielmin
CRO Zodiak Advertising

Marco joined Zodiak Advertising in January 2011 as Senior Advertising Consultant. He launched the innovative A-Plus automated trading platform, making it a market leader in Italy and managed its expansion into Europe in collaboration with Zodiak’s business development and publisher relations teams. A pioneer in the Italian online advertising market, Marco is focused on cultivating lasting relationships with leading Italian and European publishers, portals, ad agencies, networks, DSPs, SSPs, ad serving companies and exchanges.

Prior to joining Zodiak, Marco was Country Manager of Espotting/Miva and was the first to launch a sponsored link business in Italy. He has a wealth of knowledge in the Italian online advertising market. In 2000 Marco launched Ootworld Media Agency, a web design and technology agency, now part of the WPP group. Prior to Ootworld, Marco was CEO of Seven, one of Italy’s first successful Internet companies that he founded in 1995.

Ellis Bosisio

Ellis joined Zodiak Advertising in 2011 as head of Traffic and Ad Operations. He helped launch the Zodiak Advertising platform, playing an instrumental role in making the automated trading platform a market leader across Italy.

With over 10 years experience in the industry, Ellis has an in-depth understanding of the internet, digital marketing and advertising, and is currently responsible for Media Operations and DSP activity – providing sound knowledge and strategy to publisher partners and helping grow and develop long-term relationships.

Prior to joining Zodiak Advertising, Ellis worked at online sales house Dada S.p.A as New Business Manager.

Ellis holds a degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing from Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM.

Mikel Lekaroz
General Manager Zodiak Advertising Spain

Mikel is responsible for the development and the operations of Zodiak Advertising in Spain since January 2015.

Mikel started his career as an auditor in PWC and in 1995 founded and managed Facilnet, a pioneering Internet Service Provider, based in his home town San Sebastian, Spain.

In 1999 he joined Easynet Group as Business Development Manager, responsible for the company’s international expansion. In 2005 he started working as Spanish Country Manager for the European adnetwork Hi-media and, in 2012, was elected President of IAB Spain.

Mikel, who is also Chairman of Adbibo Technologies and member of the board of IAB Spain, holds a Degree in Business from the University of Deusto in Spain and a MSC in Marketing from Strathclyde University.
